01The service

The App provides, for amateur tennis match videos: import and courtside recording, on-device rally detection, rally review and editing, courtside scorekeeping with an in-video scoreboard, title cards and watermarks, serve speed estimates, export and saving, a cloud library and share links, and sessions, records and leaderboards shared with Match Note. Apple Watch offers tennis workout recording.

Available features may vary by App version, device, system permissions, membership and service availability.

02Your account

• You can sign in with Apple, WeChat or an email account. The cloud library, sharing, sessions and records require an account.
• An account can stay signed in on up to 3 devices.
• You must provide truthful information and keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for losses caused by failing to do so.
• You can delete your account at any time in Me → Settings → Account; see the Privacy Policy for what is deleted.

03Membership and auto-renewal

Rally detection, review and local HD export are free. We offer the following auto-renewable memberships:

Prices are as shown on the in-app purchase page and the App Store. Some plans may offer an introductory price to eligible new subscribers; after it ends the subscription renews at the standard price.

• Payment: charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price of your current plan.
• Managing and cancelling: manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. After cancelling, benefits continue until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: App Store refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Restore: on a new device or after reinstalling, tap "Restore Purchases" on the membership page.
• After membership ends: your cloud library becomes read-only for 180 days, during which you can still view and export your videos, and is then deleted; see the Cloud Library Rules.

We may grant time-limited membership through promotions, under the terms stated for each promotion.

04Your content

• You or the original rights holders own the videos and other content you import, record, edit, upload or share.
• You must have the right to use that content, and must obtain consent from people whose likeness or name appears in content before recording, uploading or sharing it.
• To provide the cloud library, sharing and match playback, you grant us permission to store, transcode, transmit and display your content as needed to provide the service. This ends when you delete the content or your account; if you delete a single video, copies other users saved from your shares stay in their accounts, while deleting your account removes them too.

05Acceptable use

We have zero tolerance for illegal or objectionable content. Content you post in sessions, profiles, nicknames, impressions, match details or shares must not include:

• Anything illegal or harmful to national security or public order;
• Pornography, violence, gambling, hate, discrimination, harassment, defamation or insults;
• Infringement of others' intellectual property, likeness, privacy or other rights;
• Impersonation, fake scores, ranking manipulation or other fraud;
• Advertising, spam or malicious links.

You must not reverse engineer, crack or bypass membership or storage limits, interfere with the service, abuse our APIs or upload malicious files.

To report objectionable content or users, email us at the address in section 11; we act on reports within 24 hours. We may remove violating content and restrict, suspend or terminate violating accounts.

06Match Note services

Sessions, records, leaderboards and profiles in the App are provided by Match Note, which we also operate. When using them, the Match Note Terms also apply. Level estimates and rankings are for amateur reference only and are not official ratings.

07Intellectual property

We own the intellectual property in the App's software, design, trademarks, icons and title card and scoreboard styles. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control. Otherwise you may not copy, modify or use them commercially without our written permission.

08Changes and termination

We may change, suspend or discontinue features for product, maintenance, third-party or legal reasons, and will give advance notice in the App of changes that materially affect you. We may restrict or end the service for you if you breach these Terms.

09Disclaimers and liability

Rally detection, scoreboards, serve speed estimates and level estimates depend on video quality, camera position, lighting and device performance, may contain errors and are for reference only. Check results before exporting or sharing.

Please export important videos regularly. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, network failures, third-party outages or your own actions; we are liable as required by law for losses caused by our fault.

10Apple terms and governing law

• These Terms are between you and us only. Apple Inc. is not a party, is not responsible for the App or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.
• Your use of the App obtained from the App Store is also subject to Apple's Media Services Terms.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of the PRC. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent people's court where we are domiciled.
• We may update these Terms and the date on this page, and will notify you in the App of material changes. Continuing to use the App means you accept the updated Terms.
