本规则适用于熊猫剪球（Panda Tennis）中包含云视频库权益的会员服务（Pro、Pro Max），说明云视频库的容量、会员到期后的保留期限和删除方式。
本规则只影响保存在云端的数据，不会删除你保存在设备本地，或已导出到相册、"文件" App、外接硬盘等位置的视频。
01云视频库保存什么
云视频库保存你导出后的视频（不含原始素材）、视频封面、剪辑记录和相关设置，用于备份、跨设备访问、在线播放与分享。
02会员有效期内
- Pro 会员可使用 20 GB 云视频库，Pro Max 会员可使用 100 GB；
- 你可以上传、查看、下载、删除云端视频，并创建分享链接；
- 已用空间达到容量上限后，新的上传会暂停，直到你清理空间或升级会员。
03会员到期后：180 天只读期
会员到期、取消订阅或续订扣费失败后，云视频库进入只读期，时长为最后一次会员到期日起 180 天。只读期内：
- 你仍可以查看、下载和导出已上传的视频，也可以删除它们；
- 不能上传新的视频或同步新的剪辑；
- 分享链接停止公开播放，云端视频仅你本人可以访问。
只读期内重新开通包含云视频库权益的会员，云视频库即恢复正常使用，数据不受影响。
04期满删除
只读期结束后，你云视频库中的视频、封面和相关剪辑数据将被自动删除，且无法恢复。请在只读期内把需要保留的视频导出到设备或相册。
为履行法律义务、处理争议或完成账务记录所必需的信息，可能会在法定期限内继续保存。
05主动删除
- 你可以随时在 App 中删除单个云端视频，删除后相应的分享链接立即失效；如果其他用户已从你的分享中收藏了这个视频，对方的副本会保留在对方账号下；
- 删除账号会删除你的全部云视频库数据，包括其他用户从你的分享中收藏的副本，详见 隐私政策。
06规则变更与联系
我们可能根据产品能力、存储成本或法律要求调整本规则，并在本页更新日期。缩短保留期等对你不利的变更，我们会通过 App 内提示提前告知，并不适用于变更前已进入只读期的数据。

These rules apply to Panda Tennis memberships that include the cloud library (Pro and Pro Max). They cover storage, how long your data is kept after membership ends, and how it is deleted.
They only affect data stored in the cloud and never delete videos kept on your device or exported to Photos, the Files app, external drives or elsewhere.
01What the cloud library stores
The cloud library stores your exported videos (not the original footage), covers, edit records and related settings, for backup, cross-device access, online playback and sharing.
02While your membership is active
- Pro includes 20 GB of cloud storage and Pro Max includes 100 GB;
- You can upload, view, download and delete cloud videos and create share links;
- When you reach your limit, new uploads pause until you free up space or upgrade.
03After membership ends: 180 days read-only
When your membership expires, is cancelled or fails to renew, the cloud library becomes read-only for 180 days from the last expiry date. During this period:
- You can still view, download, export and delete your uploaded videos;
- You cannot upload new videos or sync new edits;
- Share links stop public playback, and cloud videos are accessible only to you.
Re-subscribing to a plan with the cloud library during this period restores full access with your data intact.
04Deletion after the read-only period
When the read-only period ends, the videos, covers and related edit data in your cloud library are deleted automatically and cannot be recovered. Please export anything you want to keep during the read-only period.
Information needed to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes or keep financial records may be retained for the legally required period.
05Deleting data yourself
- You can delete any cloud video in the App at any time; its share link stops working immediately. If another user saved that video from your share, their copy stays in their account;
- Deleting your account deletes all of your cloud library data, including copies others saved from your shares; see the Privacy Policy.
06Changes and contact
We may adjust these rules for product, cost or legal reasons and will update the date on this page. Changes that work against you, such as a shorter retention period, will be announced in the App in advance and will not apply to data already in its read-only period.
