熊猫剪球（英文名 Panda Tennis，以下简称"本 App"）是由杭州挥拍科技有限公司（以下简称"我们"）运营的网球比赛视频剪辑 App，支持 iPhone、iPad 与 Apple Watch。本政策依据《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》等法律法规制定，说明我们如何处理你的个人信息，以及你享有的权利。
我们的基本原则：视频的回合识别在你的设备上完成，识别过程中视频画面和声音不会上传；只有你主动使用云视频库、分享链接、约球与战绩等功能时，相应数据才会进入我们的服务器。我们不出售个人信息，不接入广告或第三方统计 SDK，也不进行跨 App、跨网站追踪。
01我们是谁
本 App 的个人信息处理者为杭州挥拍科技有限公司。联系方式见第 12 条。
02我们收集的信息
我们只在提供相应功能所必需的范围内处理信息。不使用某项可选功能，不影响你使用其他功能。

识别改进数据
如果你在 App"我的 → 设置"中开启"帮助改进识别"（默认关闭），之后每次导出精彩集锦或单个回合（视频时长不少于 30 秒）时，App 会发送一份关于本次识别和剪辑的统计数据，用于评估和改进回合识别的准确度。内容包括：视频时长、分辨率、帧率和拍摄时间；识别出的各回合起止时间、置信度和击球次数；你保留、删除、拆分和设置慢镜头的时间区间；经哈希处理的安装标识和视频标识；设备型号和系统语言。
这份数据不包含视频画面、声音或文件名，也不与你的账号关联。你可以随时在同一位置关闭该选项，关闭后不再发送。
Apple Watch 与 Apple 健康
使用 Apple Watch 上的网球训练功能时，经你授权，Watch 会在运动期间读取心率和活动能量，并把本次训练保存到你的"健康" App；同时记录持拍手的动作数据（加速度、陀螺仪），通过 Watch 与 iPhone 之间的连接传给 iPhone，用于把动作与比赛视频对齐、估算发球速度。
健康数据和动作数据只在你的 Apple Watch、iPhone 和 Apple 健康之间处理，不会上传到我们的服务器，也不会用于广告或营销。iPhone 上的 App 不读取 Apple 健康数据。
我们不收集的信息
本 App 不使用定位权限，不读取通讯录，不收集广告标识符（IDFA），不接入广告或第三方统计、崩溃分析 SDK。
03我们如何使用信息
- 提供核心功能：识别回合、剪辑与导出、生成片头和比分牌、云视频库、分享、约球与战绩；
- 账号与安全：登录认证、登录设备管理、识别异常登录和滥用；
- 会员服务：开通、校验和恢复订阅权益，计算云视频库容量；
- 通知：在你允许后，推送约球、赛事等相关提醒；
- 改进产品：在你开启"帮助改进识别"后，使用不含画面和声音的识别改进数据优化识别准确度。
我们不会将你的信息用于个性化广告，也不会基于你的信息进行自动化决策。若要将信息用于本政策未载明的目的，我们会事先征得你的同意。
04信息的可见范围
- 云视频库中的视频默认只有你本人可以查看。
- 分享链接：任何获得链接的人无需登录即可观看该视频，并看到分享页上的标题、球场、日期、选手名称、比分和回合封面；分享页不显示你的昵称和头像。请不要把链接公开发布到你不希望被看到的地方。删除云端视频后，链接即失效；会员到期进入只读期后，链接也会停止公开播放。
- 他人收藏：如果其他用户已把你分享的视频收藏到他们的视频库，你之后单独删除这个视频，对方收藏的那一份仍会保留在对方的账号下；如果你删除账号，这些收藏会一并删除。
- 约球与战绩：个人主页可设置为"所有人""打过球的球友"或"仅自己"可见；发起公开约球时填写的微信号，会对报名的球友可见；比赛比分同时属于对手的战绩，会在相关球员和排行榜中显示。
- 关联到比赛的视频：你在云视频库中关联到某场比赛的视频，可以在 Match Note 的这场比赛中播放，能查看这场比赛的用户也能看到该视频。
05委托处理与第三方服务
为提供本 App，我们使用以下服务商。它们只在提供相应服务所必需的范围内处理信息：

本 App 不接入任何广告、统计或崩溃分析 SDK。除上述情形、第 6 条所述的关联产品以及法律法规要求外，我们不会向第三方提供你的个人信息。
06关联产品：Match Note
Match Note 是我们运营的业余网球比赛记录与评级微信小程序。本 App 中的约球、战绩、排行榜、个人主页和球友印象功能，由 Match Note 的服务提供。
- 当你在本 App 中使用微信登录时，本 App 账号会与同一微信账号下的 Match Note 账号自动关联，你的约球、比分、战绩、个人资料和球友印象会在两端同步显示；
- 你在本 App 中编辑的个人资料（昵称、头像、封面、地区、级别），会保存到 Match Note；
- 你关联到比赛的云端视频，可在 Match Note 中播放，见第 4 条；
- Match Note 对上述信息的处理，适用 Match Note 隐私政策。
如果你不希望两个产品关联，可以在本 App 中使用 Apple 登录或邮箱登录，并不使用约球与战绩功能。
07存储地点与保存期限
- 我们在中华人民共和国境内收集和产生的个人信息，存储在中华人民共和国境内（腾讯云上海地域），不向境外提供；
- 在你使用本 App 期间，我们持续保存为提供服务所必需的信息；
- 云视频库数据在会员到期后保留 180 天（只读），期满后自动删除，详见 云视频库会员权益与数据保留规则；
- 你删除某条内容或删除账号后，我们会在 15 个工作日内删除相应信息或作匿名化处理；法律法规另有要求的，从其规定；
- 识别改进数据不与账号关联，保存至不再需要用于改进识别为止。
08安全措施
- App 与服务器之间的通信全程使用 HTTPS 加密；
- 云端视频通过有时效的签名链接访问；
- 邮箱登录密码以不可逆的加密摘要存储，Apple 登录凭证加密存储；
- 我们对后台数据的访问实行权限控制。
互联网环境不存在绝对的安全。如发生个人信息安全事件，我们会按照法律法规的要求及时告知你，并向主管部门报告。
09你的权利
- 查阅与更正：在 App 中查看和修改你的资料、比分与剪辑；需要副本时可以联系我们；
- 删除内容：在 App 中删除云端视频、分享和比分记录；
- 撤回授权：在 iOS"设置"中关闭相机、麦克风、照片、通知等权限；在 Apple Watch 或"健康" App 中管理健康数据权限。关闭后相应功能将无法使用，但不影响此前基于你的同意已进行的处理；
- 删除账号：在 App"我的 → 设置 → 账号管理"中选择"删除账号"。删除后将移除熊猫剪球账号、登录绑定、云端视频与封面（包括其他用户从你的分享中收藏的副本）、剪辑记录、收藏、分享、推送设置和比分同步数据，并撤销 Apple 登录授权，此操作无法撤销；
- Match Note 数据：在本 App 中删除账号，只删除熊猫剪球的数据，不会删除 Match Note 的数据。如需删除 Match Note 的数据，请按 Match Note 隐私政策 申请；
- 获得解释：要求我们说明本政策的内容。
我们会在 15 个工作日内回复你的请求。你对我们的处理不满意的，可以向网信、市场监管等主管部门投诉。
10未成年人
本 App 主要面向成年人。未满 14 周岁的未成年人，须在监护人同意并陪同下使用。监护人如发现未成年人未经同意使用本 App 并提供了个人信息，可以联系我们删除。
11政策更新
我们可能根据功能变化或法律要求更新本政策，并在本页更新日期。涉及处理目的、处理的信息种类或对外提供等重要变化时，我们会通过 App 内提示等方式告知你；必要时会重新征得你的同意。

Panda Tennis (熊猫剪球, the "App") is a tennis match video editing app for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch, operated by Hangzhou Wapai Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle your personal information and the rights you have, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the PRC and other applicable laws.
Our baseline: rally detection runs on your device, and the picture and sound of your video are not uploaded during detection. Data reaches our servers only when you use features such as the cloud library, share links, sessions and match records. We do not sell personal information, we include no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs, and we do not track you across apps or websites.

The personal information handler for the App is Hangzhou Wapai Technology Co., Ltd.. See section 12 for contact details.
02Information we collect
We only process what each feature needs. Not using an optional feature never affects the others.

Detection improvement data
If you turn on "Help Improve Detection" in Me → Settings (off by default), each time you export a highlight reel or a single rally (from a video of at least 30 seconds) the App sends statistics about that detection and edit so we can measure and improve rally detection: video duration, resolution, frame rate and capture time; start and end times, confidence and hit counts of detected rallies; the ranges you kept, removed, split or slowed down; hashed install and video identifiers; device model and language.
It contains no picture, sound or file name and is not linked to your account. You can turn the option off at any time in the same place, and nothing more is sent.
Apple Watch and Apple Health
With your permission, the tennis workout on Apple Watch reads heart rate and active energy during the workout and saves the workout to the Health app. It also records racket-hand motion (accelerometer and gyroscope) and sends it to your iPhone to align it with the match video and estimate serve speed.
Health and motion data stay between your Apple Watch, iPhone and Apple Health and are never uploaded to our servers, nor used for advertising or marketing. The iPhone app does not read Apple Health data.
What we do not collect
The App does not use location, does not read contacts, does not collect the advertising identifier (IDFA), and includes no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.
03How we use information
- Core features: rally detection, editing and export, title cards and scoreboards, cloud library, sharing, sessions and match records;
- Account and security: authentication, device management, detecting abnormal sign-ins and abuse;
- Membership: activating, verifying and restoring subscriptions, and calculating cloud storage;
- Notifications: session and event reminders, once you allow them;
- Improvement: if you turn on "Help Improve Detection", using detection statistics (no picture or sound) to improve accuracy.
We do not use your information for personalised advertising or automated decision-making. We will ask for your consent before using it for any purpose not described here.
04Who can see what
- Videos in your cloud library are private to you by default.
- Share links: anyone with the link can watch without signing in and see the title, venue, date, player names, score and rally covers on the page; your nickname and avatar are not shown. Don't post a link anywhere you don't want it seen. Deleting the cloud video disables the link, and links stop public playback once your membership enters its read-only period.
- Saved copies: if another user has saved a video you shared to their own library, their copy stays in their account if you later delete that video; if you delete your account, those copies are deleted too.
- Sessions and records: your profile can be visible to everyone, to players you've played with, or only to you; the WeChat ID you enter for a public session is visible to players who sign up; match scores are also part of your opponents' records and appear in rankings.
- Videos linked to a match: a cloud video you link to a match can be played in that match in Match Note, and anyone who can view that match can see it.
05Service providers
We use the following providers, each limited to what its service requires:

The App includes no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. Apart from the above, the linked product in section 6 and legal requirements, we do not provide your personal information to third parties.
06Our linked product: Match Note
Match Note is our WeChat Mini Program for amateur match records and ratings. The sessions, records, leaderboards, profiles and impressions in the App are provided by Match Note's service.
- When you sign in with WeChat, your App account is automatically linked to the Match Note account under the same WeChat account, and your sessions, scores, records, profile and impressions appear in both;
- Profile edits you make in the App (nickname, avatar, cover, region, level) are saved to Match Note;
- Cloud videos you link to a match can be played in Match Note, see section 4;
- Match Note's handling of this information is governed by the Match Note Privacy Policy.
If you don't want the two products linked, sign in with Apple or email and don't use the sessions and records features.
07Storage and retention
- Personal information collected and generated in the PRC is stored in the PRC (Tencent Cloud, Shanghai region) and is not transferred abroad;
- While you use the App, we keep what is needed to provide the service;
- Cloud library data is kept read-only for 180 days after your membership ends and then deleted automatically, see the Cloud Library Rules;
- When you delete content or your account, we delete or anonymise the related information within 15 working days, unless the law requires otherwise;
- Detection improvement data, which is not linked to any account, is kept for as long as it is needed to improve detection.
08Security
- All traffic between the App and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS;
- Cloud videos are accessed through time-limited signed links;
- Email passwords are stored as one-way hashes, and Sign in with Apple credentials are stored encrypted;
- Access to back-end data is permission-controlled.
No system is perfectly secure. If a security incident involving personal information occurs, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
09Your rights
- Access and correction: view and edit your profile, scores and edits in the App; contact us for a copy;
- Deleting content: delete cloud videos, shares and score records in the App;
- Withdrawing permission: turn off camera, microphone, Photos and notifications in iOS Settings, and manage health permissions on Apple Watch or in the Health app. The related features will stop working; processing already done with your consent is not affected;
- Deleting your account: go to Me → Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes your Panda Tennis account, sign-in links, cloud videos and covers (including copies others saved from your shares), edit records, saved items, shares, push settings and synced scores, and revokes Sign in with Apple. It cannot be undone;
- Match Note data: deleting your account here removes Panda Tennis data only, not Match Note data. To delete Match Note data, follow the Match Note Privacy Policy;
- Explanation: ask us to explain this policy.
We reply within 15 working days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the cyberspace or market regulation authorities.
10Minors
The App is intended mainly for adults. Children under 14 may only use it with a guardian's consent and supervision. Guardians who find that a child has provided personal information without consent can contact us to have it deleted.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as features or laws change, and will update the date on this page. For material changes to purposes, types of information or disclosures, we will notify you in the App and ask for your consent again where required.
